CompuSource Systems, Inc. has been issued an Independent Service Auditor’s Report from Freed Maxick & Battaglia, PC. for SAS 70 Type I and II Audits. The Audits were performed in accordance with standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

The SAS 70 Type I Audit was based on CompuSource Systems, Inc.’s controls that had been placed in operation as of August 31, 2007.

The SAS 70 Type II Audit was based on the description of controls at CompuSource Systems, Inc. and information about tests of the operating effectiveness of specific controls for the period of April 1, 2007 through September 30, 2007.
