CompuShare's powerful front office operation features an advanced windowing technology that dramatically increases the amount and clarity of member information. This increase in information enables your tellers to respond to the most complex member transaction.

Here are the details on our Over-the-Counter program:

Main Screen

• Account identification number, name or social security number can locate member accounts.
  
  
• Once a member has been selected, the upper window instantly displays the member's complete account relationship.
  
  
• All essential account detail is condensed onto a single line for both shares and loans.
  
  
• Over 50 text messages can be entered per member adding to the depth of information. Messages are up to 8 lines long by 70 characters wide and are documented with teller initials, date, priority and subject.
  
  
• A member's ID can optionally be authenticated through a on screen display of their photo and signature.
  
  
• Your teller is in control, whether working with one account or several during the course of business.
  
  
• One click access to create new members, new accounts, and loan applications.
  
  
• Teller has quick access to advanced searches, member payrolls, member notes, OFAC and other standard Over-the-Counter procedures.

The Transaction Process

• Once a specific account is selected, a transaction code and amount are entered.
  
  
• After entering the transaction code and amount, the teller has the option to accept, reject, or edit the transaction.
  
  
• The member will sign the signature pad and click OK.
  
  
• When completed, a member receipt is generated, detailing all aspects of the transaction.
  
  
• Withdrawal transactions additionally display a check window which allow multiple payees and amounts, if desired.

Further Details

• The entire transaction process is simplified with a point-and-select motif, minimizing typing errors.
  
  
• Additionally, context sensitive help is ready to assist anytime.
  
  
• After the transaction is accepted, all source documents including checks and receipts are generated, documenting all member activity.
  
  
• CompuShare provides additional flexibility by allowing credit union definable transaction codes, descriptions, and corresponding G/L account definitions. Therefore, member statements and receipts are easily understandable.
