OTC Posting

Source Documents

  • Checks, receipts, notices can print on laser printers.
  • Single sheet and blank 3 part forms can be utilized.
  • Signatures can be automated onto the forms.

Spooled Reports

  • To ease information exchange, reports can be generated in multiple formats including a normal spooled report, a printed report and an HTML report.
  • Reports can be converted from a normal spooled report to a text file after created.
  • Reports can be copied to a different location on the hard drive.
  • User can print or delete individual or a range of reports with few keystrokes.
  • Zip backups of Spooled Reports can be created.

Status Bar

  • Programs list the following on the bottom of each program: Terminal Number, User ID, Effective Date, Posting Date, Printer Information, and Teller Initials.
  • Printer selection can be modified by clicking the printer name on the status bar (Alt + O in 4.)
  • Programs that do not print reports do not have printer selection option.

Transaction Maintenance

  • Revised screen displays the creation and editing of transaction definitions.
  • Quickly extend your system with new transaction creation tools.
