Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative provides help desk support for our Credit Union Accounting System, including operational/procedural questions, troubleshooting of software issues, and common hardware situations.  Experience in training, accounting, Windows applications, and Credit Union operations a plus.  Some travel is required for on-site client training.
